About Becker Property
Since 1984 Becker Property Services, LLC has been planning, developing, and operating housing in Wisconsin and throughout the country. Becker Property Services, LLC was established when Becker Consulting Services was organized and formed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by Joseph P. Becker. Prior to his private consulting activity in 1984, Joseph P. Becker was a HUD official for 15 years. During this period, Joseph P. Becker’s involvement covered all phases of HUD activity including Housing Redevelopment, Housing Management, and Housing Production. As Director of Production in the HUD Milwaukee Office for six years, Joseph P. Becker was chief underwriter of 60,000 multifamily units including approximately 2,000 units of Section 202 housing. Joseph P. Becker’s interest in providing housing consultant services stems from experience in planning, developing, operating, and administering housing programs for HUD clients.

Kenneth S. Becker joined Becker Consulting Services in 1988. Since 1988, Kenneth S. Becker has acted as consultant or co-consultant for numerous applicants for HUD Section 202 and Section 811 funding. Kenneth S. Becker’s interest in providing housing consultant services stems from experience in banking and finance, and the awareness of the need to develop housing resources for low and moderate income persons, particularly the elderly and disabled.

In 2002, Kenneth S. Becker formed Becker Property Services, LLC. Becker Property Services provides full service property management in addition to encompassing the consulting and development functions of Becker Consulting Services. Today, Becker Property Services provides a full array of consulting, development, and management services.
